Sarah Palin. How I wish I could eradicate the sound of her voice from my mind forever. Don't get me started on the "Soccer Mom" from Alaska whose Foreign Policy experience is "on a clear day I can see Russia". If she drops one more "G" and I don't mean the string but that, too then I could slip over the edge. You could hear me from Juan's Island.... when I start spewing forth a tidal wave of bad vibes in a howling rivaled only by the cries of a wounded dying wolf as her pups helplessly cling to her drying teats.

She's sly as a fox and it's scary to even imagine her in the White House! I've spent the better part of my life (in Washington, DC) working, marching and demonstrating on the Mall or in Congressional offices on Capitol Hill, for all kinds of "rights" and against all kinds of "wars." Women of my generation (I'm 68) helped make it possible for Palin to be Governor of Alaska, and for other women to rise to power. For that I am happy. However, her politics and her personal beliefs are so foreign to the ideas of inclusion, equality, separation of church and state, expression of freedoms, etc., that I find it distressing that any educated and informed woman or minority could vote for her. Let's keep this country moving forward, in the "right" direction, and not go back to policies and politics that stifle that movement.

Populist figurehead that makes McCain's appointed handlers start pointing fingers... as the Obama Depression grows from the incompetence of its handling, by many responsible for its genesis, a Joan of Arc rumbling about Alaska IS a political threat to leftist and neocon alike.

On a different tangent, wanna bet McCain is glad he's not POTUS right now. One might consider he tanked on purpose, which rides well witht the early concession.

I wouldn't sell her short. I don't like her hunting and shooting wolves from the air - not by any means. But she may be just what we need to get this country back on track. We need a Revolution, and maybe she's the one to do it.

Silly girl. Clueless twit, who paraded her family on platform to milk it for all it's worth. Teenage mother, who defied the rules about abstinence, and her mongoloid, mentally retarded baby...Thought she was gleaning sympathy to engender more votes? Using her family. Shame on her. And she wonders why the public is targeting her.

What a sight, and role model for family values--Teenage "unwed" mom to be carrying Palin's baby. Too sad. Now that was a homey picture?!

Mom exploiting her daughter to point out what--a liberal, off the edge, "maverick" point of view.

Going with the flow, I suppose--like a dead fish or catch of dead fish!

She set herself up. And, McCain, clueless, thinking he could match the "woman breaking the glass ceiling" to compete with Hillary to get the women's vote. What a shot in the foot. He lost credibility.

The idea of this uneducated twit seeking presidency, let alone any other office is unimaginable. Rambling on the ranch...Can you imagine her meeting with the Russian ambassadors, presidents, prime ministers?

The joke is on the conservatives who enjoy celebrity hype. She lives in an igloo, far from any intellectual understanding of the world outside Alaska's borders.

Hunker down...and fish. I think we can surmise at this point, that this dead fish in the water is beginning to smell very bad.

She does not represent "independent" women. She does not represent women who juggle family and home. The majority of us don't have outside help, stay at home fathers, and other children to exploit.

Most women leave their egos aside, and don't expose their families to the media. Shame on her.

"You Betcha!" What's good for Alaska is that she keeps her mouth shout and doesn't continue to embarrass herself and her former constituents who supported her, trusted her, and fundraised for her.

And, she wonders why all these lawsuits cropped up, and all the mudslinging came about. She offered herself and her family up as targets to begin with.

Maybe PETA should high tail to Alaska, and monitor her hunting activities. That gleam in her eye worries me. She kills for sport, and now she's killed her chances to govern or doing anything else, but perhaps, make some bucks on a book.

She's been an open book already, and what else can she say, except to chastise the media, naysayers, and litigants.

It will be interesting to see her express her views as a hostess on a TV talk show or reality show. More negative exposure for her family--I call it "using an abusing." Maybe her children will now have a rest from what her mother created.

She gives motherhood new meaning--She's a dead fish.
